To be eligible for a return:

The product should be unused and in its original condition.
The product should remain in its original packaging where applicable.

Because skincare products are applied directly to the skin, opened or used products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected where required, we will initiate the refund within 7 days.

The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
